The final round in NxEW.ca 's Shadow Polaris is ready to go, and to say that the list is a surprise would be a huge understatement. Of the 10 finalists, only one ( Timber Timbre ) was on the official Polaris Short List.

Voting is open now, and closes at midnight on September 20, 2011 then, without a Gala or any big prize money or anything, one of the ten artists will join The Wooden Sky and Julie Doiron as winners of our annual Shadow Polaris competition.
