All Of Your Friends Are Dead!

Winnipeg indie-pop act All Of Your Friends are offering a free download of their new LP "All Of Your Friends Are Dead!" To download, click here! The album consists of 12 tracks, ten of which come from the band's first two EPs, and two new tracks.

This is the first full-length release by All Of Your Friends, and was an exercise in the art of D.I.Y. And after months of trial and error, All Of Your Friend's front man Dana Moore can finally say he knows how to produce and mix an album his own way.

"It was a long and frustrating process, but part of the record's purpose was to figure out how to do absolutely everything ourselves. That's also one of the reasons we're giving it for free - we got our primary objective out of it - make friends, make music with said friends, stop being friends and making music with some friends, learn something," said Moore in an email interview.

"It was all recorded through a loop pedal interface and into a computer line in/headphone jack on a shitty ass Dell computer."

Despite their current hiatus, the band has already started recording their second album, "All of Your Friends play Our Plague".

"The long-distance relationship we're currently in will ensure that we'll live up to our slowlier-than-thou reputation. However, we're all in the middle of recording other projects," said Moore, who is currently recording a solo project under the title of Great Dane.

And the other four members of All Your Friends are equally as busy. Guitarist Trevor Graumann is set to release a full-length album "Roaring Noon." with his band SitDownTracy. The band's singer/keyboardist Kelly is doing duets with Gareth Williams of the Lonely Hunters/Horribly Awfuls. The band's drummer, Jed is finishing up the new Weatherman Underground record, and the bassist Jonathan recording his Farfadet Flu record (french Shania Twain covers entirely with bass loops).
